TransComply makes buying our services simple. All of our motor carrier services fall within three easy-to-understand subscriptions:

Why TransComply?

Three decades of experience in helping carriers and brokers with compliance and a deep understanding of the industry. Whether it's just basic services or tools for working with shippers, brokers and others, we can help.

Basic

TransComply's Basic annual subscription offers fundamental compliance services that all regulated motor carriers need. You get:

  • Access to qualified, practicing transportation attorneys who not only satisfy your obligation to maintain service of process agents in every state (49 C.F.R. §366) but also can provide legal assistance if you need it

  • Help with filing basic FMCSA registration forms (except for new authority) and biennial updates (49 C.F.R. §390.19)

  • Assistance obtaining required insurance coverage (49 C.F.R. §387)

Today, all new carriers must file a list of agents for service of process in each state. Under the upcoming new Unified Registration System, all new applicants must file agents in order to get authority in the first place and all private and exempt carriers will be required to file agents. (For more on how URS affects private and exempt carriers and on how we can help, click here.)

What does an agent do? An agent receives and forwards all lawsuits, evidence of fines, citations, tax assessments, and all FMCSA out-of-service orders.

Only TransComply's parent company, Service of Process Agents, Inc. (SPA), provides qualified transportation lawyers to provide this service and has been doing so for more than 30 years. You can't afford to choose less; the risk of default judgments and out-of-service orders is too great.

And with SPA’s agent service comes an expanded referral network of qualified lawyers and experts that can help you with federal and state regulatory compliance, employment, safety and other issues.
