Valid CDL with tank endorsement (Hazmat endorsement desired)

No DOT reportable accidents within the past 3 years

No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years

Must pass road test, DOT physical, pulmonary function test and drug screen

Must be U.S. citizen or be qualified to work in the U.S.
